A meeting of Trustees of Women's Medical
College was held immediately after the
Annual meeting of 4th December 1884.

Present Wm Harty Esq, Mrs Harty,
EJB Pense, RV Rogers, AP Knight, and
Mrs Macnee.

Minutes of last Trustees meeting
read, approved and signed.

Moved by Wm Harty and seconded
by RV Rogers that Sir RJ Cartwright
be Chairman of the Board, carried.

Moved by EJB Pense and seconded
by AP Knight that Wm Harty, Esq
be Vice Chairman, Carried.

The meeting then adjourned.
