A Meeting of the Trustees of Womens
Medical College was held in the
City Council Chambers on Saturday
the 22d May at 4 oclock PM.

Present Messsrs Harty, Pense,
Rogers, Lavell, Knight, Mrs Dickson
and Miss Gildersleeve.

Minutes of 5th October 1885
were read approved and signed.

The financial Statement to date
inclusive was read showing a balance
on hand of $689.11 dollars.

Ordered that AP Knight,
EJB Pense, RV Rogers, and Dr Lavell
be a committee to arrange for advertising
the College in such way as they may
deem expedient and to superintend
the issue of the Calendar.

Moved by RV Rogers and
seconded by Miss Gildersleeve that
the Board approve of the action of the
Vice Chairman in paying the Demonstrators
of Anatomy for past session and approve
of similar arrangement for the
future.

Ordered that Mr Pense's
account amounting to $72.15 be paid

Ordered that Mr McArthurs
Salary be the same as last year
viz fifty dollars ($50.00).

The meeting then adjourned
