A Special Meeting of the Trustees
of the Womens
Medical College was
held in the City Council Chambers
on Saturday the 8th opf June 1889,
at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Present
Wm Harty Esq, Hon GA Kirkpatrick,
H Folger, RV Rogers, AP Knight,
Mrs Macnee, Mrs Britton, Mrs Dickson,
and Miss Gildersleeve

The minutes of last meeting
were read approved and signed

A memorandum was read from
part of the Faculty asking for certain
changes in the Constitution and management
of the College

Resolved that the Trustees
representing the Subscribers to the
Womens Medical College feel that
they cannot part with the control
of the College which is virtually
asked for in the memorandum
under consideration and therefore
they cannot approve of the changes
therein suggested. The meeting
then adjourned.
