A Special Meeting of the Trustees of
Womens Medical College was held
in the City Council Chambers on 2nd
July 1889 at 4 oclock afternoon

Present EJB Pense, RV Rogers,
H Folger, Dr Knight, Mrs Dickson,
Mrs Macnee and Miss Gildersleeve

Moved and seconded that RV Rogers
be chairman of the meeting, carried.

The resignation of M Sullivan MD
as Professor of Surgery was laid before
the Trustees.

Resolved that Mr RV Rogers and
Dr Knight be a Committee to confer with
the Dean in regard to appointments to
positions of professorships of Surgery
and of Histology with power to make
appointments if necessary.

Resolved that Dr Knight be
requested to interview the Citizens
with the view of securing an inscription
toward the erection of a new building
