further should a majority of the Faculty agree
to this proposal the trustees will consider it
as carried but would much prefer it to
be unanimous. The only object of the trustees
is to secure permanence they feel that
this is a last appeal and they rely on
the Faculty who so far have acted generously
not to allow the College to die
by reason of this sacrifice in their part .
The Trustees promise to secure a building
and the necessary equipment, and require
a prompt action before the present Classes shall
breakup for the Session
