Moved by Mr Pense & seconded by Dr
Knight that the Directors be requested
to consider the state of the Stock list and
to issue stock certificates as they think
best for the interests of the College, carried.

The meeting then proceeded to
ballot for Directors when the old
Board was unanimously re-elected.

The meeting then adjourned.

A Meeting of the Trustees of Womens Medical
College was held immediately after Annual
Meeting on 11th December 1890.

Mr RV Rogers was re-elected
Chairman and Mr EJB Pense Vice Chairman

Moved that the Chairman & Mr
JB Carruthers be a Committee to carry
out the wishes of the Subscribers in
regard to the issue of Stock Certificates,
Carried.

It was agreed that the Treasurer
get a Deposit receipt for $200
for 3 mos @ 4% interest.

A vote of thanks were tendered
to the Governors of the General Hospital
for a donation of two windows
for the dissecting room.
