A meeting of the Trustees
of the Womens Medical
College was held at the house
of the President on March 1891

President, The President, Miss
Gildersleeve, Dr Knight and
Mr Pense.

It was resolved that notwithstanding
the kind agreement
entered into by the Faculty in
February 1890 to take stock in
lieu of cash for their honorarium
for this present session, yet
as the funds permit of it one
half of the various sums hereto
be allowed to then be paid to
the respective members of the
Faculty by the Treasurer

It was also resolved that
the President, Vice President
and Dr Knight be a committee
to prepare and issue the Calendar.
