The tenth Annual Meeting of the shareholders
of the Womens Medical College
was held in the College Building
on Thursday the 15th of December
1892 at the College Building Hanson
Street, at 4 oclock afternoon

Present Messrs Pense, Horsey, Chown ,
Dupuis & Mrs Folger & Miss Gildersleeve

The minutes of last anniual meeting
were read approved and signed.

Moved by Mr Chown & seconded by
Mr Horsey that this Annual Meeting
be adjourned till 29th December
for Election of Trustees, & that those
present form themselves into a
Committee to consider ways & means
and the future of the College and
to report at the adjourned meeting
& that meanwhile the staff of Professors
be paid for last years services.

The meeting adjourned.

The adjourned annual meeting of the stockholders of
the W.M. College was held this day Jany 1893 at
4 am in the College building.

Present: Messrs Rogers, Horsey, Principal
Grant, Drs Dupuis, TM Fenwick, Knight,
Miss Gildersleeve and Dr Annie Dickson

Resolved that the services of fourth
Secy Tras. be dispenses with.
