A meeting of the Trustees of the College was
held this day in the College building at
4.30 P.M.
Present: The chairman, Principal Grant,
RM Horsey, RV Rogers & Miss Gildersleeve.
The minutes of the last meeting were
read & approved.
It was directed that a copy of the resolution
passed at the last meeting relating to Dr K.N.
Fenwick be sent him. Also that Dr Jamie
K Trents' letter be acknowledged.
The Principal & the Chairman were appointed
a Committee to see Dr KN Fenwick &
ask him to give Clinical obstetrics to the lady
students next session.
The Board resolved that Dr Cunningham
be lecturer in Physiology for next session.
As regards Practical Anatomy, Miss Gildersleeve
and Mrs Shortt were appointed a committee
to consider what is best to be done &
with power to act.
Dr Knight & the Dean were appointed
a committee to issue the Calendar & Messrs
Rogers & Pense a committee to see to advertising
the College.
Principal Grant notified the Board that
he was prepared to furnish $100.00 towards the
fees of two students intending to go as missionaries -
the lady students suggested by Miss
Gildersleeve & Mrs Rogers to have preference.
The Water Works a/c was ordered to be paid
