I Court met to hear charges
against Messrs. Slater, Connor,
Hughes re violation of regulations
governing social functions held
at Queens. Same regulations
were violated at Commerce
Club Dance Mar. 12.

Pleaded guilty - fine of $25
for which 3 men are held
jointly responsible for payment
by April 3.

II Messrs. Jones + Leurs
summoned for failure to pay
50¢ each to fund being collected
to pay damages caused in
Savoy Cafe on night of Frolic. These
men were able to establish
the fact that they had no
Share whatever in the proceedings
and the Case was dismissed.
