were charged with
"Failure to appear at
the A.M.S. Tribunal"

R. W. MacEachen
John G. Richmond
D.A. Stott
All pleaded not
guilty + satisfactory
evidence was given
to provide their acquittal.

Frank S. Follwell
and John D. Forin (not a Freshman)
both being absent
had the additional
charge of "contempt
of court" added.
