The Senatus met at the Call of the Principal
and was constituted by Prayer. Present Revd.
Dr. Machar, Principal, Revd. Mssrs. Urquhart,
Willaimson and Smith, Professors.

The Senatus being constituted, Professor Smith
intimated that he had a painful matter to bring before
the Senatus, deeply affecting the character
