aggravated by having been concerned in a
previous act of wanton mischief committed
upon Professor Smith's House, but not
by a denial of guilt to the Senatus Academicus,
as in the case of the others, the Senatus having
taken a view of his conduct in connection
with his appearances before them, resolve
that his sentence shall be the same as the
above, with the exceptions, that while the
fine imposed upon him shall be one Pound,
they record, as they hereby do, their deep dissatisfaction
