"prepare Diplomas for Graduates

"At the Meetings of Senate the following
"order of business shall be observed.—
"1. Reading, amending if necessary and
"sanctioning the Minutes of the previous meeting.
"2. Business arising out of the Minutes of

"The Principal or other member presiding
