3. The donation of His Royal Highness the
Prince of Wales will be applied to the foundation
of a Gold Medal or Medals to be awarded
and may hereafter be directed, and the Senatus is
requested to report on the subject to the next annual
meeting of the Trustees.

Murray, and Bell to report to the next
meeting of Senatus on the subject of the Prince
of Wales medal.

The Senate met and was constituted.
Sederunt Principal Snodgrass, Professors Williamson
Murray, Bell, and Mowat and Rev.
S.H. McKerras Interim Professor of Classics.

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.

A number of written excuses for absence from
prayers was disposed of, and it was agreed to instruct
the Cantor to post up a list of the absentees
whose non-attendance had not been accounted for.

to assign fees for honorary
degrees to scholarship
and Library

It was agreed to request the Trustees to
place at the disposal of the Senatus for the benefit
of the Scholarship and Library Funds such
fees as may be received for honorary degrees
