Sederunt Principal Snodgrass, Professors Williamson, Mowat, Mackerras, Ferguson, Dupuis and Watson. The minutes of the meeting held Nov. 19th were read and approved. [margin] by-laws [/margin] The Senate passed the following By-laws: 1. Students are required to proceed to their respective class-rooms immediately after morning prayers. 2. A handbell will be rung at five minutes past ten, eleven, and twelve o'clock, for the purpose of intimating that students are required to proceed at once to their respective class rooms.
