12. Natural Philosophy - daily
French and German in alternate sessions - French in '78-9 - daily

2. Junior Latin, Natural science, History - daily

3. Junior mathematics - daily
Senior Greek - four days per week.

Prof. Ferguson to examine
Lewis prize Lecture

Prof. Ferguson was appointed to examine
the Lewis Prize Lecture in lieu of Prof. Mackerras,
the latter being prevented by illness from examining

The Senate appointed the Theses to be
examined by the members of Senate as follows:

J. Herald's by Prof. Ferguson

A part of the calendar for 1878-9 was revised.
