Medicine was 64.

The Revd Dr. Cook, while declining a permanent
appointment to the office of Principal, having accepted
of an interim appointment to the position on 7th Decr
1857, took an energetic and most beneficial part in the
discharge of its duties with regard both to the general
administration of its affairs, and to the instruction
of the Students.
