Stratherne Dow Esq. Toronto, for the purpose of founding a Scholar-
ship in Theology, The annual value of which was expected to be $120.
The cordial thanks of the Trustees were tendered to Mr. Dow for his
munificient liberality.

The sum of $400, bequeathed, as already mentioned, for the
purpose of establishing a Bursary in Theology, by Mrs Margaret
McIntyre, widow of Mr. John McIntyre, B.A., in his lifetime
of Perth, Ontario, was this year paid to the Treasurer by his
Executors, and the Board agreed to transmit to them the Ex-
pression of their great satisfaction at this considerate remem-
brance of an Institution of which her husband was one of her
earliest Students, and a distinguished graduate.

The Board this year also had the pleasure of return-
ing their grateful thanks for the continuance of the sup-
plementary donation of £200 Stg. from the Colonial Commit-
tee, and $140 from Mr. John Watkins, which during the finan-
cial difficulties of the College they had for some time past
annually received.
