I do myself the honor to
request to know whether the office
of Chief Clerk in the Civil service
of Queensland is open for competition
in accordance with the minute on the
organisation of Her Majesty's Civil
Service as this Colony published in
the Government Gazette of Saturday
last, and if so, what would be
the subjects received by the
Board of Examiners and when
would the examination take place
