Stamps will form a distinct
Account and that their
settlement must not be mixed
up with any other transaction
whatsoever.

Queensland Government should
sell the N. S. Wales postage stamps on
Commission - and pay that Government
a sum nearly equivilent to the whole cost of the
Queensland postage _ for being allowed to do so.
