I do myself the honor respectfully to place my services at your disposal for Employment in the Civil Service of Your Excellency's Government.
Having for many years held various appointments under the Governments of the neighboring Colonies, I have acquired experience and knowledge of Official routines generally, but more especially in

connection with the administration of Customs, and Judicial Police.
I beg leave to submit for Your Excellency's perusal, the Enclosed documents bearing testimony to my having maintained an unimpeached character for official integrity, and efficiency, and
