Doctor in, she said yes, I said I want to speak
to him, she said wait I will tell him, in about
two minutes, she said the Doctor is not in what
do you want, I said I want him to visit the
Reception House, she said allright I will tell
him. On Friday the 30th. at 10.30.a.m. the medical
officer spoke to me by telephone from the
Exchange, saying what did you want with me
last night, I said I want you to see Spillane
and Captain Everell wants to be discharged
the medical officer replied Everell cannot be
well yet let him remain a day or two longer
At 1.30.p.m. I saw the medical officer at his
residence when he signed the discharge
of a female patient, and said he would
visit the Reception House in the afternoon
which he did at 4.30.p.m. that was the first
time since Spillane was admitted on the
25th. November, I told the Official Visitor Dr. Hill
on Friday that the medical officer had not
attended at the Institution for five (5) days
although I had telephoned for him four (4)
times.

Some difficulty (for me) to replicate capitalisation and punctuation (comma or full stop?) in this document. Needs review and correction by a more experienced transcriber

Thanks for trying Kenny. The general rule is exactly as written in the document (even if it is a bit strange). Thanks for your efforts.
