This is to certify that I have
known Patrick Feeney as a
member of the Irish Volunteers
for the past five years.
He has been a well conducted
member & faithfully attended
to his duties in connection
with the Corps.

It has not come under my
notice that he has been out
of employment & he appeares
to have attended to the
want of his Mother &
family I cannot understand
his being guilty of the charge
brought against him &
