Pensioner was William’s Widow, Winnie Mitchell, who lived in Fayette County, Kentucky at the time of filing. Winnie and William had two children; John and Stephen. William was previously enslaved by Leroy Mitchell (presumably of Garrard Co.) No depositions in this file.
