Summary: Wesley Carlisle, 12th USCHA Co. L He was enlisted and mustered on September 2, 1864 in Lebanon, KY. Wesley died on January 12, 1865 of typhoid fever in Munfordville, KY. There is a page stating that Wesley died in Bowling Green, KY.
Wesley Grant Carlisle is the minor filing a claim for a pension. Wesley’s mother died on October 13, 1867. His mother’s name was Sarah A. Carlisle. Wesley and Sarah had one other child that died, her name was Sarah Ann. The minor, Wesley Grant Carlisle, lived in Adair County, Kentucky.
