Summary: Pensioner was Henry’s Widow, Frances (Straw) Breckenridge who was a resident of Jefferson County, Kentucky. She and Henry had two children, Lucy (1859) and G (1858) Breckenridge. There was another widow mentioned, Emily (Parker) Breckenridge; she and Henry did not have any children together. Henry served in the 116th USCI, Co. K. Died September 26th, 1865 at Camp Nelson, Kentucky. Previously enslaved by Caleb Fulton.
