Summary: Pensioner was Albert’s Widow, Ann M Brown, who lived in Hopkins County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Albert served in the 122nd USCI, Co. I. Died in Corpus Christi, Texas, during August of 1864 from Consumption. Albert had no children. Affidavit from Ann M Brown on pages 14-15, and 17-18.
