Summary: Pensioner was Jerry’s Widow, Lucy (Quinn) Goodwin, who lived in Larue County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Jerry served in the Company B 123rd USCI and died in New Albany, Indiana, during January of 1865 from Typhoid Fever.
