Summary: Pensioner’s were William’s children, George & Adaline, who lived in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. William served in the 100 USCI, Co. E. Died in Nashville, Tennessee, during February of 1865 from Chronic Diarrhea. The children’s Mother passed and their guardian appeared to be: William M. Fish. Affidavit on page 8 and 14 of R. D. Cook. Affidavit on page 10 of R. D. Cook and David N. Williams.
