Summary: Pensioner was Emanuel’s widow, Mariah Theobold, who lived in Grant County, Kentucky, at the time of filing. Emanuel served in the 117th USCI, Co. H. Died in Brownsville, Texas, during October of 1865 from Chronic Diarrhea. Emanuel’s CMSR was located under 'Emanuel Theobal." He had three children: Rachel Ann, Abraham & Flora.
