I think Rich (shows a apostrophe) is shorthand for Richard - Rich sounds very modern and out of sync here.
Sidney in NS could be Sidney, Nova Scotia?
Sums of items does not equal total as transcribed - went with the appearance of the numbers, not correct addition, sorry.
