The Discipline 47
Men of the Naval Force are not to take orders
direct from the Officers of the Military Force.

Such orders must pass through the Naval
Officer in command of them.

Men of the Permanent Naval Force are warned
that it is their imperative duty to remain per
fectly neutral in the matter of strikes.

If proved to have acted otherwise they will be
severely punished.

No man who is in the report for committing
an offence is entilted to go on shore but in cases
where the offence committed is trifling the ex
ecutive Officer is to use his discretion as to
granting leave.
