keep or occupy, temporarily or otherwise, within the
city of Greenville, a disorderly house, a bawdy house or
a house of illfame.

SEC. 2. That it shall be unlawful for the owner
or lease of any dwelling or other building in the
city of Greenville to let or sublet any dwelling
house to any person or persons to be used, or with the
knowledge that the same is intended to be used and kept
as a disorderly house, bawdy house or house of illfame.

SEC. 3. Any person or persons violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance, upon conviction, shall be
fined in the sum of not less than twenty-five dollars, or
imprisoned not less than five nor more than thirty days.

SEC. 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.

AN ORDINANCE to Punish Vagrants.

SEC. 1. That any person or persons found loitering or
begging on the streets of Greenville, from and after the
passage of this Ordinance without any visible means of
support, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not
less than one dollar, nor more than ten dollars, or im-
prisonment of not less than one day, nor more than ten
days.

Weapons.

SEC. 1. That on and after the passage of this Ordi-
nance it shall not be lawful for any person to carry a
pistol, dirk, dagger, sling shot, metal knucks, razor or
other similar deadly weapon usually used for the infliction
