person carrying any of such weapons concealed about the
person shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be fined by the Mayor or
acting Mayor in the sum of not more than fifty dollars,
or imprisoned not more than twenty days, or both, at the
discretion of the Mayor for each offense.

AN ORDINANCE to Preserve Order at and in the Vicin-
ity of Places of Divine Worship.
SEC. 1. From and after the passage of this Ordinance
it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to loiter
or congregate upon the streets, sidewalks or other place
in or about any church or other place where divine wor-
ship is being conducted in the city of Greenville, either
before, after or during divine service, or disturb those attending
such church or other place of worship, or by loud talking,
whistling or laughing or other noise disturb any congre-
gation therein assembled.
SEC. 2. Any person or persons convicted of violating
any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined not
less than five dollars or be imprisoned not less than five
days, either or both, at the discretion of the Mayor or
acting Mayor.

AN ORDINANCE Amending an Ordinance Entitled
"An Ordinance to Fine and Imprison Persons Found
Guilty of Riotous and Disorderly Conduct. "
SEC. 1. That any person or persons who shall here-
after be found gilty of any riotous or disorderly conduct
or drunkenness within the incorporate limits of the city
of Greenville shall be fined not exceeding the sum of
fifty dollars, or be imprisoned in county jail of Green-
