ROTARY CLUB BUDAPEST (HOTEL ROYAL SZALLODA)
BUDAPEST, May 30, 1930 . Mr. James, A. Winn, President, Rotary Club of Greenville, Woodside Bldg., Greenville, South Carolina, U.S.A. ------------------------------------------------- Dear President Winn:
I am very sorry to be obliged to refuse the demand of your letter of April 30. The reason of my refusal is that the sending of a stone seems too complicated.
It is indeed a beautiful idea top build a Rock Lodge on the shores of Lake Rotary, and I would deem it a great honour if Hungary could be represented in some other form at the Boy's Camp. Therefore I am sending you per same post a small Hungarian flag as well as an illustrated book about Hungary.
With kindest regards I am
very Rotarily yours [Illegible signature] President
