Carter surviving partners of the firm of W D Riddle you cause to be made the sum of eighteen hundred & one 57/100 dollars which John Oliver Boyd, Edward T Newman, James W. Riddle, and John Sherborne partners using the firm name of J Oliver Boyd & co recovered of them on the 16th day of September 1854, by the judgement of our Circuit Court held for the County of Shelby besides Seven 10/100 dollars cost of suit, and have the same to render to the said plaintiffs above named and make return of this writ and the execution thereoof according to law.
