Cross Interragatories to same witness
1 If in answer to direct Interragatories you
state that you were ever guardian for Nancy
Cost. Henry Cost & Sarah Cost & that as such
you made Settlement in the orphans in
Probate Court of your guardianship. you
will please examine exhibit A. attached
hereto & say whether or not it is not a true
& correct Statement of amount received by you
& paid out. if incorrect State in what particular.
if correct. what amount did you pay out for
each of your said wards. or what amount did you
retain in your hands to pay out for their board
clothing &c & to whom. How you paid any
amount for them or either before said Settlement
if yea, to whom & on what account. State fully

Cross Int 2 If you answer that you paid over to
John Cost, in Settlement of your liability as
guardian for those minors, a note , or notes on Mrs
Ozley, State what credits were on said note. and
how much.

Cross Int 3rd Please State whether or not you can
requested John Cost to pay any liability of yours
as sub guardian to Mrs Ozly or any one
else, without furnishing him The means to
pay with. do you know of your own
knowledge; That John Cost ever paid Mrs
Ozly or any one else for board clothing & of
other of said children , if so State when - to
whom & how much & in what he paid it

Cross 4 Where are the said children now. are
they with John Cost or have stay here for
School years. do you know of their going
