Shelby County
We Elbert Welden & Fredrick Baily &
Aron Acton & Emberson Acton E Armstrong agree to pay the State of
Alabama one hundred dollars, unless the said
Elbert Welden appear ar the next Term
of the Circuit Court of Shelby county, and from term to term thereafter
until dischaged by law, to answer the offence of Trading with a
slave
