{Walker, E.G.} The State of Alabama, } in Probate Court
{Dec'd Est of} Shelby County } Regular Term July 12th 1897
In the matter of the Estate of E.G. Walker, deceased.
{Order setting} And now, on this day, comes H.E. McComack, as
{day for} administrator of the Estate of E.G. Walker deceased
{settlement} and presents to the Court under oath his account and
vouchers for the partial settlement of his administration,
and therewith also presents, under oath, a statement of
the names, ages, residence and condition of the heirs
and distributees of said estate in form as required by
law. It is thereupon ordered that said account
vouchers, evidence and statement be placed on file for
inspection of all concerned and that the 9th day of
August, 1897, be set for examining and auditing said account
and that notice of the filing of said account and
vouchers, and the day set for hearing the same be given by
posting notice at the Court House door and 3 other public
places in said County for three successive weeks or 21
days, before the day set for hearing notifying
all persons interested to be and appear before this Court,
on the 9th day of August, 1897, to show cause if any, why
said account should not be allowed.

In the Matter of the Estate of J.H. Duran, Deceased
{Order for sale of} This being the day heretofore set to hear and determine
{Real Estate for Division} the petition of W.H. Duran, as Administrator of the Estate
of J.H. Duran, deceased, for an order to sell certain lands
hereinafter described, for the purpose of making an equitable
division among the heirs and said day being not less
than forty days from the time of making said application
now comes the said petitioner and moves that his
said application be granting. And it appearing to the
Court that Lattie Duran, Charles Duran and Claude
Duran, adult heirs and residing in this State
and H.W. Nelson, legal Guardian of Edgar and Alma
Duran minors and Edgar and Alma Duran have
been duly notified of said application, and the day
set for hearing the same, by citations served upon
them not less than ten days before this day and
that for three successive weeks, in the Shelby Sentinel
a newspaper published in said Shelby County
was made, and the said H.W. Nelson heretofore
appointed Guardian of said Edgar and Alma Duran
