is continued to the next regular term of this Court.

{Weaver, A.H.} A.H. Weaver } Probate Court
{Dec'd Est of} Deceased } Shelby County, Alabama
Estate of } Special Term, August 23rd 1897

{Order probating} This day, having been regularly appointed for
{Will} hearing the application of P.L. Weaver, which was
heretofore filed in this Court for the probate of an
instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and
testament of A.H. Weaver, deceased; Now, comes the said
applicant and moves the Court to grant said
application. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the
Court that notice of the application and of the time
appointed for hearing the same has been given by
citations personally served as directed in the former
order of this Court made and entered on the 4th
day of August, 1897: Now it appearing to the satisfaction
of the Court from the testimony of T.J. Weaver and B.L.
Moore, that they signed the said instrument of writing
purporting to be the last will and testament of the
said decedent--and which writing is now shown
the said witnesses--in the presence of the said
testator and at his request, and in the presence of
each other, as subscribing witnesses to the same;
and that the said testator executed said instrument
in their presence and then declared that the
same constituted his last will and testament;
and it being also satisfactorily shown to the Court
by proof, that said testator was of the full age
