{a Lunatic} Shelby County } Special Term Dec 3rd 1896

In the matter of the Estate of H.H. Baily
{Order on petition} Lunatic, John Bishop Guardian
{to sell personal} On this day comes John Bishop, as Guardian
{property} of the estate aforesaid and filed in his petition for an
order to sell certain all the property of said estate as
shown by the Inventory filed in said cause by
said Guardian which said Inventory was made as a
part of this his said petition and which is referred to
in this decree, alleging that it is necessary to
sell the same for the payment of the debts of said
estate. It is ordered by the Court that the 14th
day of December, instant, be set for the hearing of
said petition and that notice thereof be given by
posting notices at said Court House and 3 other public
places in said County, notifying all persons
interested to appear at the Term of the Court aforesaid
and contest the same, if they think proper.
