In the matter of the Estate of Joseph T.
{Order to convey} Dorough Deceased
{title &c} Order on Report of Payment of Purchase money &c
On this day comes WF Thetford Jr. administrator de
bonis non of the Estate of Joseph T. Dorough deceased
and makes report of the payment of the purchase money
for the following described real estate, towit: the # 1/2
of the SW 1/4 of Section 24 Township 17, Range 1 E lying
in St. Clair County, Also the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the
NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 and the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 24 Township 18 Range 1 West, lying
in Shelby County, Ala, sold to Horace Hammond in
accordance with a decree of this Court, heretofore
towit on the 22 day of June 1896. It is thereupon
decreed by the Court that the said report be accept
and recorded and that the said WF Thetfor Jr Admr
de bonis non proceed to convey, assign and set over
to the said Horace Hammond all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said Joseph
T. Dorough had and held in and to the said real
estate at the time of his death

In the matter of the Estate of John Lawley Deceased
Order for Sake of Real Estate for Division.

This being the day heretofore set to hear
and determine the petition of DF Funderburg, admr
de bonis non of the Estate of John Lawley deceased, for
an order to sell certain lands hereinafter described, for
the purpose of making an equitable division among
the heirs and said day being now less then forty days
from the time of making said application now comes
the said petitioner and moves that said application
be granted. And it appearing to the Court that the
adult heirs named in said petition residing in this
State, and the husbands of the heirs who are married
women have been duly notified of said application,
and the day set for hearing the same by citation
served upon them not less than ten days before
this day, and that the heirs named in said petition
residing out of this state, have been duly notified
of this application and the day set for hearing the
