{Dec'd Est of} Shelby County } Regular Term Jan 10-1898
In the matter of the Estate of Joseph T. Dorough, Deceased
{Order setting day} And now, on this day, comes W.F. Thetford Jr.
{for settlement} administrator de bonis non of the Estate of Joseph T.
Dorough, deceased, and presents to the Court, under
oath his account and vouchers for the final
settlement of his administration, and therewith also presents,
under oath, a statement of the names, ages, residence
and condition of the heirs and distributees of said
estate, in form as required by law. It is thereupon
ordered that said account, vouchers, evidence and
statement be placed on file fot inspection of all
concerned, and that the 7th day of Februaury, 1898, be sey for
examining and auditing said account, and that notice of
the filing of said account and vouchers, and the day
set for hearing the same, be given by publication for
3 successive weeks in The Chronicle a newspaper,
published in Shelby County notifying all persons
interested to be and appear before this Court, on the 7th day
of February, 1898, to show cause, if any, why said account
should not be allowed, and it appearing that William
Dorough [blank space] Dorough dausghter of Joseph Dorough dec'd
Sallie Lowry, Dora Lowry, Martha Lowry and Minnie Lowry
interested in said settlement, are minors, it is
further ordered that C.W. O'Hara be and he is hereby
appointed Guardian ad litem to represent and defend
the interests of said minors in all matters pertaining
to this settlement and that the said CW O'Hara have
notice of his appointment as said guardian ad litem
and of the day above set for hearing

{Decree on petition} Deceased. -- Order for sale of Real Estate for
{to sell Real Estate} Division.
This being the day heretofore set to hear and
determine the petition of W.W. West as Executor of the
las Will and Estate of Mary A. Cooper, deceased, for an
order to sell certain lands hereinafter described for
the purpose of making an equitable division among
the heirs, and to pay debts--said day being not less
than forty days from the time of making said application
