This cause coming on to be heard, on motion, the
hearing of the same is continued to the next regular
term of this Court

{Dec'd Est of} Shelby County } Special Term, Feby 21st, 1898,
In the matter of the Estate of Wm Booth,
{Order on petition} Deceased, E.F. Vest, Sheriff, Administrator
{to sell personal} On this day comes E.F. Vest, Sheriff, as
{property} Administrator of the Estate aforesaid, and filed his petition for an
order to sell the personal property of said estate as described
and fully set out in his said petition, which said
petition is hereby referred to and made a part of this order
alleging that it is necessart to sell the same for the
payment of debts of said estate. It is ordered by the
Court that the 14th day of March next, be set for
the hearing of said petition, and that notice thereof be
given by posting notices at the Court House door and three other
public places in said County notifying all persons
interested to appear at the Term of the Court aforesaid and
contest the same, if any they think proper.

{Order of sale} Deceased.
{of Real Estate} This being the day heretofore set to hear and
determine the petition of EF Vest Sheriff as adm'r of
the Estate of Wm Booth, deceased, deceased, for an
order to sell certain lands hereinafter described,
for the purpose of making an equitable division
among the heirs and said day being not less than
forty days from the time of making said application
now comes the said petitioner and moves that his
said application be granted. And it appearing to the
Court that all of the adult heirs residing in this state
and the husbands of the heirs who are named women
as set out in said petition have been duly notified
