I find it impossible for me to get to Beersheba. I regret it very much, but you know how a lawyer is situated when court is going on with half a dozen clients holding on to them. I sent you the James deal which makes all the deeds we have except the Estill deed which is a part of the petitions in the applications for partition. Mrs. Rutledge is mistaken about there being another deed from Rowe. When was one [ ] a [ to Bishop Polk of our hundred acres and which but when Rowe make the deal to Rudledge we concluded to her the whole two hundred acresin which was done as the deed will show. Then as Mrs. Rutledge is authorized to sign my name to any
