Dear Sir,

I wrote to you on the 12th, [ ] enclosing a copy of the deed from Tracy and sent to me by Bishop Polk for examination and stating that the conditions of partnership in sales and leads should vbe attached to the first, instead of of the last described tract in the deed, unless there has been cause to change the designation given by me in my note accompanying the plat, which was in accordance with the particular instructions of Bishop Polk. Not having heard from you on the subject I am fearful my letter has miscarried, causing

Logan's 5000 acre tract and it should be Wallace Estill's [] of A. Estill. Will you be kind enough to inform me if the deed has been []. So that my mind mightg be relieved on the subject.
