I [] regret that I am so situated that I can not come up, but our court is in session and I have in every case some of which are of importance and my clients would never be satisfied if I was to go off.
If I can possilby get off tomorrothew I will come up. Mr. Rutledge has all the deeds except two or three which he will explain to you and which I will try and have at Beersheba by tomorrow. xxxxx and items as sent there by mail.
