Resolved, That Any funds [accruing?] from interest on the Principal of the University Endowment, & not otherwise appropriated, be applied to the erecting of a Building, on the University-Grounds, suitable for the accommodation of the Board of Trustees, & other

visitors, & for any other purposes which may be deemed expedious here after: the entire cash of said Building not to exceed $3000.~
