Once more, tables used for clarity of presentation.

Under the Samuel Bowers entry, the text gets confused on the 2nd & 3rd lines of the Talley's Cove Turnpike entry. There appear to be several amendments, many in pencil which may not have been transcribed accurately due to contrast issues.
